HIGH city indeed. You guys gotta remember though, there are still state laws concerning posession. The city may say ok, carry an Ounce, but if the state says otherwise your fucked. The main thing is that Mayor Hickenlooper probbly will not waste the time and money to prosecute. I definitely can see other cities passing similar laws; but i do not see any States passing any Pro-Pot initiatives.
