come to find out, there is now a crack in the upper part of the radiator on the inside, facing the engine. Apparently part of the rad. casing is plastic.
Is there any chance that when they were doing the f/f, they put too much pressure on the system, causing the rad. to crack under the pressure?
I have never, ever had any leakage problems of any sort w/ the vehicle.
The thing that makes me nervous is that this shop has screwed me once.
I went in for an innocent oil change, and the mechanic (moron) put
9 quarts of oil in after replacing the filter.
I have been having lifter knock ever since then, and when I brought the car in to address that
problem, I asked that the f/f be done, because I was to have left for a long road trip this week.
I am very suspicious of the intent of this shop. any suggestions?

Moire than likely debri was sealing the crack so when they did the flush and fill it loosened up the debri... BTW this is a GM forum, Not a FORD forum... You need to go back a few forums.. Welcome to AF though!
