most IAT sensors are located into induction manifolds, plenums or induction ducts. Sometimes its tricky to locate because, because they are hidden under some parts. What I would do if its hard to remove like in some cases (pretty expensive because you remove the intake manifold) is to get a new one and tap it into induction duct not very close to engine., and dissconect the old one and leave it in place while connecting th harness to the new one. have done that on tuned port injection engines. It wont mess up air fuel mixture at all. Maybe a bit. A bit rich will mean more hp.
Dont know where yours is. (by the way they might not have it or its replced with some sorta high tech speed density sensor that does temp as well)
