Re: Sqealing brakes on new Grand Vitara
I had the same problem. First the dealer fiddled with the front brakes, then completely replaced the rears. It kept coming back every fall, by the time I would get sick of trying to get them to deal with it, it would be spring again.
They tried to get me to replace the brakes when there was over 1/2 the pads left. The dealer eventually changed owners, and they started telling me it was normal.
I was very unhappy with the way they handled it. Suzuki is a rinky dink crappy company when it comes to customer service. I go to a Toyota dealer to buy parts and they blow me away with their service. Suzuki should take lessons from them!
