You mean floor drains??
No, there should be no drains because water should not be getting in at all.
Any water inside tends to soak the carpet underpad, which takes months to dry, and will eventually fust the floor through.

IMO you should find and repair or seal the leak.

Have someone spray small areas of the truck with a garden hose so you can get inside and look for the leak.
In my experience, the ventilation duct in front of the windshield, or the windshield seal are favourite places for leaks.
