Its not better, its rather safer. The thing with turbo is that people build low comp engines and then boost them to huge PSI numbers and get the same power as same engine w/ higher compression ratio and less boost. which one is better depends on your perspective. but you still have to run the high octane gas like 97teg said. But dont think you're cool to run 30PSI of boost with shitty compression ratio
