Well the biggest problem you have is it's a Ford  
However, Have a buddy start the engine cold with you under the hood. My guess would be that you have a accessory making some noise. Was this one of those 5,000rpm for 500 ft burnouts? My buddies old 90 GT did some awesome ones.
