pretty much the only thing that will help gas consumption is an ignition with a capacative discharge system and it wont really even help all that much anyway if any at all. remember anything that flows more air will require more fuel to mix with it to make a perfect mixture. your best bet on keeping your mileage good is a very strict maintenence schedule. just a simple dirty air filter is good for a mile or two per gallon down the tubes.
