Would it fit? Well if you could make some custom mounts, and supports so that you can cut out large portions of structural supports and replace them with tubular supports it might work. The whole engine assembly of the 3kgt is much larger than that of a dsm. I'm sure its possible to actually get the engine in there, but then you have to think of the drivetrain and tons of other miscelanious stuff. All and all it could be possible, but it would end up costing way more money than you probably wish to spend.
