It cost me around 300 bucks for 4 rotors and premium pads for my 99 Silverdildo. You didnt mention what year of truck you have.

If you would like to switch to the larger,later model, I think you will run into 2 problems,if you have 16 inch rims.

1. Later model trucks have larger diameter wheels,which means you may need new rims and tires to allow clearance for the larger diameter brakes.

1. Later models have,I believe,switched back to rear drum brakes,which would make the switch extremely costly,if you presently have rear disc brakes. I already asked about switching the rear disc brakes back to drums. The mechanic smiled and said "Aint worth the cost/effort"
