well i think 7psi is too much but i put a turbo on my 93 civic ex with 200,000 on it and i now have 215,000 miles on it and have had no problem @ 5psi using a fmu 12:1 and the timing retarded 2 degrees. just be sure to run enough fuel and not to far advanced, and use RESTORE with every oil change.
