Re: o2 sensor removal
The best way to remove the O2 sensor is with the exhaust COLD.
I use brake fluid on sticking or rusted threads (old farm trick...works better then penetrating oils).
Turn the sensor out as far as you can without resistance then squirt some brake fluid on the threads and screw it back in.
Wait a few minutes and try again..if you are patent, the O2 will come out without removing the threads from the manifold.
