Racing Mercedes Diesel...
I am using a Mercedes 190 E in a local tarmac rally. I took out the gas
4 cyl and put in a 5 cyl turbo diesel from a 300 SD. I am planning to add
a supercharger , propane injection , and turn up the boost on my turbo
to 20 pounds. I know the engine will not last too long like this, but it
only has to last 5 days. Does anyone have any advice for me. I am
sure problems will come up during R&D testing. That's why I have three
other engines for testing. So if anyone has hopped up there diesel and
have any tips, please leave a post. Thanks. Jason
