Hey so my mum has a 1996 dodge stratus and her rear defrost won't work. We had a small fire when she was putting in oil and spilt it. Does that have to do with anything? Also her heater only works when its on max, otherwise it won't work if you put it on medium.
Another thing is, is that her trunk won't open with her key, she has to go into the car and pull up the lever.

If anyone has answers could you PLEASE help me!!
