Hey, This tuesday I have my licence test to get my full licence ( B.C's graduated licence program
) and I was reading that your car needs to be in " legal and safe working condition". If I remeber correctly from the test I took to get my N, you had to test the horn in the parking lot before you even left.
My problem is, I have no horn and no cruise control on my 89. I have been told that this might be because of a shot horn switch, How would i go about testing it to be sure? And how bad of a job is it? Any help would be awesome.
