as for the 98+ bumper, you probably have to go to acrura or go to a junk yard. If you are lucky you might find one in good shape. Lots of people are doing front conversions these days too so go to your local rocket shop and see if there are people you are getting a front body kit or somthing, and buy the 98 front off from them. www.comptechusa.com makes real good copy of the factory lips (the kind of ITRs), cost around 200$ and needs paint. A while ago acura was trying to empty out their inventory, and there were selling the factory ground effects (which includes lip, side skits and rear pieces) for as low a 600$ and they come painted. So go the parts department at acura and ask. I bought the lip and the side skirts, and installed for 500$ acouple of months ago.
