So far you haven't given me any advise that is usable except for "don't stay out so late", however i'm hardly ever out that late, except for that night because i was at a birthday party and i had to go home. I also said that i had no chance in court, so i'm asking for an alternative. Don't bother responding if you just want to argue. I got enough problems right now.
