i believe that the bushings on the shaft of the distributor are bad, as the distributor was clicking even when idle. i would bet the electrical components aren't bad, so it might be a good idea to keep those.
would it be worth it to sell it on eBay? i mean i have the tdu01, which is quite more expensive to replace than the tdu18, the other distributor that the 1.5L engine used. that being said, i don't know if anyone would want to buy it, or if they could get the replacement parts to fix it.
any thoughts on that?
