Well I have an 05 G6 Sedan but can probably shed some light on a few things:

3. Dashboard – Crackling sounds in dash board when defogger runs. - This is perfectly normal, every G6 will do this and GM admits it. It's only for the first minute or so when firing up the defogger, not a big deal for me, I can certainly live with it.

5. Passenger Side Door – sounds as though there is something living in it. - Check the reflector, the little red one on the inside when you open it. When listening to AM stations or FM stations with deep bass you can hear the door make a very annoying sound, my dealer didn't do anything about this but I hammered it good with a rubber hammer and haven't heard my door making noises since.

Everything else though is something I have no experience with, since the car is fairly new and under warranty you should take your list to your dealer and tell them you want every issue resolved (we had a few quirks with our new Cobalt and the dealer actually rented us a car to drive in for a few days while they fixed it). I'm surprised the occasional rough start didn't make it to your list, this seems to happen with every G6 from time to time when it just doesn't startup too smoothly, hopefully they fixed that for the 06's.
