If you are meaning also,..... "will the insurance company cover you if you have a crash if you lower your car"
It would pay to tell them so they know of any mods you have done.
I know here in NZ that you have to tell them if you change your steering wheel !!!
....new mags etc etc.
I'd check with the dealer about the warranty to be on the safe side to.
