Is the vibration one you can feel or hear?
If so where do you feel it or hear it?
All vehicles have charateristic vibrations that are inherant to that model.
Unfortunate part is those type of vibrations cannot be corrected.
One thing that kind of sticks out is that this may be a firing frequency vibration (natural engine vibration) that is being transmitted to the chassis by a rock stuck in the trans mount.
Have seen this a couple times where the rock will move and the vibration is intermittant.
