Pulled the radiator and pulled the petcock out with a pair of pliers. it has tabs to keep it from coming all the way out. It had a torn O-ring so I replaced it and now it's fine

Thanks for everybodys help with this one and the fuel line post. I had to answer my own questions what good is that.
