ok... i recommend using a Duplicolor primer with a Duplicolor paint. NOT the enamel stuff, the real automotive paint. you can find it at PepBoys, Autozone, places like that. or you can try Plastikote, i like them both quite a bit(haven't tried Tamiya, though). those are common paints that are easy to find. people have said a lot of good things about Tamiya spray paints, but automotive paints are usually more cost effective and do a pretty good job. people usually have varying opinions about Krylon, i think. as for the 3M stuff, i'm not sure.
