There is no way to diagnose this over the internet. And even with the car in front of me, there is no way to tell if there is a boost leak without a boost leak test.
But unless I'm reading your post wrong, I'm not sure how having more boost than you think it should would be a symptom of a boost leak, usually it would be the other way around, and even then only on small turbos and massive leaks.
