You can buy a DIY guage kit with a can of r-134 from the Parts store. Usually the brand is Interdynamics. I believe wal-mart also sells it too. You will be filling the A/C using the port on the compressor that is coming from the accumulator(low pressure side) NOT going to the front of the truck!!!! Your pressure should be in the area of 40-50 psi on the low side. The real test is when the A/C is on, and the compressor is not cycling, you should be getting 55-60 degree air out of your vents. Make sure that your condenser is also as free of bugs and dirt as possible or your A/C will not be as efficient as it should be in removing heat from the interior of your vehicle. -Chris
