Just to add more to this thread, My friend bought a 91 SI with a ZC engine already installed. He was learing how to drive stick, so he broke the tranny in 4 months. We got what we where told was a 5 speed tranny but in reallity was a 4 speed(all was done in a junk yard for 300 installed) The car drove fine, but he later bought another tranny for 150 and did it himself.
As some of you remember, I started a thread of what kind of car to buy(tunned or stock) My brother sold me his STD 90 Civic for 200 bucks, that's why I started this thread. I found a shop that will instal a SOHC Vtec for around 1500. That's why I wan't to intal the tranny first, from a friend that'll do it really cheap
