There are a few fixes for this:
1) Cut the bump stop on top of the front struts in half (risky)
2) Cut the tab off the bottom of the front struts and drop the struts lower in the knuckles. To do this you will also have to gently grind a new groove in the struts for the bolt to pass through.
3) Get stiffer torsion bars.
4) Get camber plates. these will let the top of the strut sit a little higher.
