1) Dont capitalize every word
2) Lightweight Cam Gear? Cam gears are already really light. They make aftermarket cam gears so you can advance or retard the timing. These are called adjustable cam gears. Light weight, doesn't make sense. It goes in place of your exisiting cam gear. It's on the head, and the timing belt goes over it. Is the 1.8 a SOHC or DOHC? If its DOHC, you'll need 2.
3) Porting and Polishing a head will get better air flow into the engine. All the openings are bored to a specific size. Then smoothed out. You need a tuning when this gets done. You will also blow through a lot more fuel.
