Have you checked/changed out the coolant temp sensor? It's right there smack dab of the middle front intake manifold. If your computer isn't getting the correct reading from it it may think the motor is 200* when it's really outside temp. That's the first thing I'd look at.
Second thing would be the fuel pump prime relay but I'd go with the temp sensor first. I apologize that I do not have the resistance specs on me. An auto parts store might have them. A dealership will have them but around here at least, getting a dealership to give up specs is like pullin' teeth.

Josh you were right. The temperature senor was the problem. The sensor was located in the right head. It is seperate from the one that runs the temperature gauge. This problem was mis diagnosed by a chevy dealer as low fuel pressure.
