25 is IACV try testing to see if its actually working. 85 is VTC (Valve timing control) solenoid which is prolly bad. for the VTC, its behind the valve cover on the right side of the car(passenger) behind the oil fill cap. try testing it with the ignition on and the connector un plugged, if there is battery voltage then it is the solenoid or the gnd wire going to ecm, if there isn't check the fuse (10a EL POWER) if fuse bad replace, if good, check for power coming out of fuse if there is then the wire from the fuse to the solenoid might be bad. If all of that is good then disconnect battery and ecm connector and check for contunity between 114 on ecm and 1 on connector. its a yellow/red wire. IACV bacically same way except check (gnd)101 to 4 (sky blue) and 42 t0 2 (purple and white) (power)1 to 3 (brown). If u need further help, just send another messae with your test results.
