I missed your last question in your previous post:
With the engine running the pressure should be 3 - 10 psi lower than with the Key On Engine Off Pump Running (60-66)

The middle number listed (55-60) Is only to determine the integrity of the system. It should hold that pressure and not bleed down. If the pressure bleeds down it means that there is a leak in the system.
