I'd have to agree with the original poster. It's true that most "white" parents tend to overlook the corporal punishment for their kids. They think that a timeout or no desert after supper is a perfectly good way of disciplining the child.
That's their choice, but then again theres a reason why it's almost always the "white" children causing havoc in public places.
