what is the best way to tell if a lifter is bad once out of the block.there is no signs of wear on the bottom,s of them.but when I run the motor with out the cover.I watch to see if oil was coming out, 6 came up fast. a couple took longer to get the oil coming out.any help I thank you for Ron
