Newer trucks (2003.5+) come with the improved/larger calipers. you could try a junk/salvage yard.
The TSB rotor are the same, i put on some SP diamond slotted (
www.raceshopper.com). They havn't been on long enough to tell if they will warp too, but so far its been 6k and still smooth.
