Congrats on the weightloss, and sorry to hear about it coming back. I too have been there. When I was in 9th grade I weighed 250lbs, was about 5'11" and wore a 38. Before freshmen year I tried a bunch of those stupid crazy diets and none of them worked. Finally, about 2 years ago I got sick of getting teased and girls not talking to me in public. Now I weigh 195, am about 6'3", wear some 32s and some 34s, and lots of hot girls talk to me

. The best thing I can suggest to people on losing weight is to avoid the fad diets. You need to limit your calorie intake and get on a regular exercise program. Dont worry about really fast weight loss and just stick to it. The first week or two with less food will be hard, but if you stick to it and do some jogging, it'll come off. Dont worry about what other people say and good luck.
