The DRL's you can get them from your local dealership. They should be able to install them on your truck and you get a discount on your insurance.
As for the alternating light pattern things a.k.a. the cop lights. Those are illegal for you to use, but attainable. Just know that if a cop sees them on your truck, you're in a heep(no pun intended
) of trouble.
