Well totaly legalized is Mary Jane nowhere. In the Netherlands it's allowed in the coffeshops and tourists are tolerated in public. In Switzerland MJ isn't legalized yet but it's also tolerated, means no probs to take a ride on the magic dragon (even for citizens)
and about prostitution in Swiss it depends how they present it some clubs are legal but not eveything. About the Netherlands I think the legalized it.
