i have seen in some piccs where they have painted there dash and i was wondering the steps taken in doing so here is my thoughts on what has to be done if they are rong pleaes correct me. and can someone tell me what brand or type off paint {mainley what kind off clearcoat and prymer}
1. lightly sand kinda rough it up or to get that smooth almost steel like look do you sand it smooth?
2. primmer is there a special type where do u find some
do you re sand after pryming
3 i know that krylon fusion paint is good for plastic should i use it foe my vynol dashboard
im thinken 3-4-5 thin coats
4 clear coat what kind off clear coat and how many coats how long do u wait after u paint to clear coat and how long in betwen coats

5. do u have to sand plastic parts as well
and any imput on color i have a 98 gt gold exterior tan interior i wat to paint exterior a deeper darker gold type color what are flakes in exterior paint
and interior i want to do a brown whiteish cream (that way i can leave some interior the orig tan color ie headliner and carpet ) also would orange glow lights look beter than blue interior lights wich i have right now ?
