$1000 for putting parts in a CRX will not even get you into 14s. Also, what motor are you going to use? A $1000 custom turbo setup from a junkyard is not going to be the best setup and also I doubt its going to even get you everything you need for to make the car reliable. You need the fuel management, turbo manifold, turbocharger, downpipe, bov, intercooler, all the oil lines and everything and that WILL be over $1000. A person can spend $10,000 on a CRX and he will still be in 13s and POSSIBLY 12s.
