If it is anything like my pals Z we just did control arm bushings on, alls you have to do is look at the assembly, and where the conrol arm meets there should be a bolt, with a pin in it. Yank that pin, and take teh bolt off, you should only be able to do it a quarter turn at a time, at least we were. It took a while. After that just put a small board on the control arm and hit theboard with a hammer/mallet, it should pop lose after a few good whacks..
This may not be correct, but it is how the assembly was on the Z.
