I guess you're right TS but then again they have been driven out of their homes.
Their situation goes with the first part but doesn't go with the second.
They have been driven out and need shelter. The thing is it wasn't their country but home/city they were driven out of.
I just think the term "survivor" would be good enough. What some of these people have been through just to stay alive is far from amazing.
Maybe the media should just ignor censorship and call these people badasses.
