I had/have the same problem... your boost guage climbs and your car doesn't seem to respond? I regapped my plugs, (which weren't gapped right) and checked for boosts leaks (found one). It doesn't really do it anymore, maybe once in a great great while. Also, If your BOV is vented(like mine), the rich condition in between shifts can foul out the plugs, causing this same sensation under boost.
