First off - Welcome to the Forum!
For the Overhead Lights - Try pushing on them while they are on. They can be used as "Map Lights" and can be switched on or off by pushing on them. I would bet
that they are switched on.
For the Locks - I am guessing a loose wire either at the Body Control Module (BCM) or at one of the switches. Have you tried
turning and holding the key in the door? That should also lock or unlock the doors (at least it does on my van).
For the Keyless Remote - There are some Programming Instructions listed at the top of this forum. You could give those a try and see what happens. I have used them to program my extra remotes I got from eBay.
