Still unable to determine the root cause of the problem. Took off the rear left quarter panel and the actuator is working correctly, when turned to the right (hot or red temp setting), it BLOWS HOT AIR, but when turned left (cold or blue temp setting), it does not blows cold air, but room temperature air.
Checked the amount of psi on the low preassure charge line, 40 psi. I plan to take the car to the shop this upcoming week, I have not been able to determine the cause of this problem, once is repaired I promise I will tell this group what was done and how to repair it.
