The pullies will have a more dramatic effect on both gas mileage and power than either the CAI or cat-back alone. The key to unlocking Nissan power is to get rid of as much rotational mass as possible. So grab yourself some UR pullies, a UR(or Fidanza) flywheel, and some lightweight rims like Kosei's or SSR's. An ECU will help a bunch too.
