yeah, i actually got rear ended.. all it did was chip a good portion of paint off the bumper and cracked my right rear tail light assembly. so anyways, i got a check for $1100 from the assailant's insurance company and instead of using it to get a new bumper i'm just going to take mine off, remove the paint and bring it to a body shop. as for the the tail light, i found one for around $50. so i figure i'll pocket like $700.
