if you mean regular maintenance then spark plugs, oil change (including oil filter) fuel filter, air filter, etc, it should all be in your service manual. if you want better gas mileage or better power, intake and exhaust systems will help gas mileage and power but will cost more than you'll save in gas, if you want even more power, go for a turbocharger, it will decrease mpg though but you'll have alot more power. if you want better handling, get a suspension upgrade, this will decrease ride comfort but increase handling. hope this helps.
