If you put two cans of sealer in your tire, that would equal a half pound weight in the wrong place on your wheel. If your tire is still good, have it dismounted and pour out all the crap on the inside. Wipe the remainder out with a rag and plug the hole that caused the leak, then reinstall and rebalance. I used one can of sealer in an emergency recently, and it felt like a brick in the tire it bounced so bad, I can only imagine what two cans feel like.
Studs are easy to replace. Take a 1 lb ball peen hammer and knock the crap out of it. Then install a new one from the back side and use several washers and a lug nut to pull the new one in place. It helps to use an impact wrench for the install. Any tire shop should be able to do it for you for $5.00.
