Tire Fit Issue

I have a 99 GMC K1500 Suburban with stock suspension,except for the Bilstein Shocks. I have just installed new A/R 16" wheels and BF Goodrich 285 - 75 - 16's.
They are rubbing in the front on tight turns. My question is what is the least expensive way right now to solve this. I cannot afford a good suspension lift. I put a new GM crate motor in it, radiator, fuel pump, belt, hoses. $5500.00. I am now low on cash!
Truck is used for pulling my 16' fishing boat on backroads, no rough off-roading.
I know I pushed it when I put these tires on it.

Thanks in advance!
