If you really wanna outsmart your boyfriend or show him that YOU CAN DO IT, there's a lot of details and tricks to installing an amp. It's quite simple actually after doing it once of twice though. Don't let me discourage you though, I hope that I can encourage you to learn how to install an amp. Like LT said though, it would be a lot better if you got some kind of detailed instructions or got a local stereo shop to let you in on some details. Unfortunately, it is hard to find a shop that'll do that. Most shops will just say "Oh we can install it for you!" Then they'll try to get your business by saying "We won't charge you labor!" But really, they'll be selling you a Capacitater (Cap.) and installing it on a low power amp that doesn't even need it. Sorry, got carried away there. But hey, there you go. Outsmart your b/f with that info. I can give a description of how to install an amp, but I don't think it'll get you goin'. Just post a "yes" or something if you want a description.
